how to create and use group box using web custom control in asp.net

hii,

I am trying to use group box equivalent control in asp.net/
I tried using <fieldset> and <legend> elements but it looses styling when rendering it to html (that means when viewing in browser).
So, i need a solution for that problem. i am guessing it will be possible with web custom control. in that case, could any one know how to create and use for the making group box control?
