How to create an interactive gallery like in Facebook

I am trying to create a responsive gallery in Sharepoint 2013, where one can like and comment on each photo. I have tried using Picture Library and changed the Rating settings, where I have enabled ratings.

But yet I can't see any place where I Can like / Comment on the photos. Is there any other way this can be done?
