How to create a url as mobile phone app setup ?

Dear All,

i have doubt now

am implemented a website using html5,css3,ajax,jqueary,asp.net,sql server

that works as on web perfect .

recently one of my mobile developer (android ) converted that url into a mobile setup apk .now am able to see into mobile to instlling in android

now i have a idea how to do this in windows .for windows phone any please suggest me
