How to create a text box just like google suggest options in

Question

I want to create a two Textboxes or two dropdowns what ever , one should be bind from database and when i type and it shows all the matching records from db and i can select multiple records and when i select any record there should be another dropdown and this selected record should move into it and same as the first one if i select two or more records from first dropdown or text box then these two should move to the second textbox or dropdown , any example can share would be appreciated
