How to create a set up for web site?

Hi,
I am using VS 2008 and i need to create a set up for my site. I followed a article in net and tried to install it shows in the control panel but i cant find it on mt start menu or desktop.. Whats wrong? I refered this link:

I have IIS6 with windows server 2003
