How to create a mouseover popup image from an image map text

Question

I have an image map (attached in the .rar file). 

I have created the image map to move down to galleries with the page on click

of the image text (eg: click on chilled drinks moves the user down to the chilled drinks

gallery on the page).

All this works fine but I want to have an image appear on mouseover of the text also.

I have attached 3 images. I is the image map, the 2nd is a drinks image, and the 3rd is

what i want to achieve on mouseover.

 

Any ideas on how to achieve this?
