How to create a editable(length) and removable line in any direction on a form

Hello everybody
I ,shailendra kumar,am creating a project for graphs in share trading.The graphs are ready.Now i have to create a pen or pencil which the user could use to draw some line over it to set some specification and if needed it can be removed

Please help me.
