Just to let you know my code is working now. But, I do not know why it can work now and just now it can't work.
It is the same code but I just run it again and the data get populated.

Hi Karen,
This error occurs when you are trying to insert the data in the child table foriegn key which is not exists in the parent tables primary key. Please check the same.

I changed the Connection String to:

And now I got this error :

Please add the below code to your DatabaseContext Constructor.
AppDomain.CurrentDomain.SetData(“DataDirectory”,System.IO.Directory.GetCurrentDirectory());
If the above solution is helpful then,accept the answer.

Change your file name and try again. If any other mdf file already exists in same location then it is not restored database.
