How to copy/ paste Resume from word to normal textbox?

     Im developing portal Apllication, I am developed first copy the resume word document and paste in textbox. But symbals are not allowed ex:bullot list and square box...
           
  How to Copy/Paste Resume from ms word to nornal textbox? if not possible then how to remove symbals in textbox before creating textfile.
