How to copy oracle db which can use to my another system

Hi frnds I have a db with procedure trigger n all. Now i want to copy this db and use to my another system so how to do this?, 2... i have mvc project and how to copy tht project and use to another sys. Note -- firstly that project i need to send by mail becz its more mb so how to send tht project
