How to Copy data in Same Tbale Uisng MySql

hello friends,
i want to know how can i copy data in same table using MySql. i have 100 Recodes in table and i want to Make Duplicate all Recodes in Same table... so if you have any idea how can i copy all recodes in Same tble then let me know.....
