How to Convert MBOX to PST?

Question

Being a user of Thunderbird all my mails are saved in MBOX format but due to the change of my professional environment i have to shift all my stored mails from Thunderbird to my new Outlook environment, so i have to convert all my saved MBOX mails into PST format? Is there any easy way to do the conversion task manually or automated?
