How to convert JSON file into CSV using azure portal?

I want to know is there a way in azure portal i can use a service, to convert JSON format to CSV file without using Visual Studio or VS Code. I know there are plenty examples on local one, just want to do this via cloud service. I just want to know which service in Azure i can achieve this assignment? Please help and share any blogs with me, thanks. 

 

I saw this link while researching, but i am unable to convert JSON file to CSV using this tool though What is the difference between Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer and Migration Tool for CosmosDB? I have downloaed JSON input from azure sql query.
