How to Convert IP to Country Name

Question

I have a customer CDR table having phone numbers, customer name, call time and IP columns. I want to show the particular customer how many calls made for this particular country.

I want Country name in place of IP or can add a new column to show Country name alongside IP. This should be bind in a grid view.
