How to Convert Date and Time in IST into format : YYYYMMDDHH24MiSS

Actually, I working on one of my projects and as per SRS documentation, I have to convert the YYYYMMDDHH24MiSS formate and used it as a parameter.

 

I didn't know the mining of   HH24MiSS where what Mi mean?

please help me.
