How to consume web service already created?

I am big fan of your articles on .NET Technology.Please send me sir I am unable to execute WebServices in asp.Net 4.0,by VS 2010.Actually my dought about how to take the path of Created WebService. When I am going to consume In another application I am unable to provide path of Web Service was created or unable to see created web service already created. So Please solve my issue.Replay me as soon as possible.
