how to connect opc with C#.net ?

Question

I want to use a opc server to send messages on mobiles. I have installed opc driver on my pc but i am not able to connect opc with my project.
so if any one have any type of idea that can help me ...then plz plz plz pzl share with me...am waiting for your responce
