How to configure Outlook exchange server details programmatically

Hi all,
I try to develop a tool to configure the outlook with the Email and the Exchange server details or the POP3 and the SMTP but all I found in the outlook object is a property just to return the Ex-server name !
So how to develop some thing like that, Support me with resources if there
