How to compare two folders for similar files based on name i

Question

I have two folders A and B..Inside A multiple files are there and inside B multiple files are there..I have to check files in A with files in B for identical files. and copy some text in file A to file B. My A folder consists of file names like dw_add_item_container, dw_item_details, dw_item_lists, dw_hier_list etc.. and B folder consists of files like ItemMasterController, ItemDetailsController, HierMasterController etc. How to compare these filenames and find the exact match among files.

 

Can anybody tell me the best way to do this.
