How to compare imported excel data with oracle databse ?

I have 1 Excel File, I want to export that Excel & check the imported excel data(multiple rows) with Oracle databse, If both values are eqal then I want to add Some Values(3-4 columns value) for each rows.

Is there a way of doing this ?
