how to compare given date and 1 day than current date

i am create a table with 4 fields with id 1st collumn as auto generated,name 2nd column,fromdate 3rd column and todate 4th column..date fill 1st 3 columns manually and but 4 th column as not filled it will come by executing time based on currrent date and it must less than one day(today)....how i will get using sql query ....
