How to code ASP.Net MVC of Signup and Register module?

How to code MVC for Signup and Register module without using Entity Framework?

If there's a solution please send me the link...... 

 

"Once the User Registers with the module the data should be store in database and after that User should Signup with his username and Password.....  "
