How to click another button when modal popup button clicked

Hi,
i'm a newbie..

i've a button in repeater, when its clicked the modal pop will appear with radio buttons, Now i want pass this radiobuttons value to other button click event in the repeater.same time i've some value binded to repeater also....

Please help me out....
