How to clear the clipboard in windows 7 using ASP.Net or Javascript

Hi,
I want to clear the Clipboard in windows 7, using Asp.Net or Javascript. I have the code for clear the Clipboard, but it's working in windows xp only but not working in windows 7 can u help me please.
