How to checked checkbox at run time via code

Question

Sorry for my bad English need some help ASAP. In my window form i have around 25 check box. its easy to store data in SQL but reading giving me problem. every check box have unique text. every check box which is checked there text store in a single column which separated via ",". i want to write a code on form load event that when the my form load those check box whose text store in my sql column turn their checked properties true.
