How to change the username & password of cpanel phpmyadmin

I want to upload the opencart website on cpanel but i am unable to upload because there is an error while uploading the database .sql file, beacause the password of cpanel database is different from root and ' ' So i want to change the password for database. Please guide me how to change the username and password in  live cpanel hosting.
