How to change the location of the Form

You can see in the attachment Form [Design] is hiding behind the tool box. This is the default location in VS Express 2015 for Windows Desktop. In order to move the Form, I changed the location in the Form properties but it didn’t work. Please tell me how to change the location of the Form.
