how to change date format?

Hello Everyone,
 
How to show Date like this 10-08-2016 8:00 pm IST  format ?
 
  1. <td>@Html.DisplayFor(modelItem =>item.LogInTime)</td>  
Now LoginTime showing like this  10/5/2016 6:36:01 PM ,I want this format 
10-08-2016 8:00 pm IST
