How to capture, save, and compare an image with original one automatically in c#

Question

I am working on the project about vision inspection system

But I am a new at c# programming, so I tried to download the library or code that already made from people such as Motion recognition, Capturing and saving image, and comparing to original image. However, I am struggling to combine them each other and make it possible to operate automatically, for exmple, the object come in front of camera, the camera recognizes and capture it automatically, and save and compare it to original one.
