How to capture an image from video(.swf) file while uploading it

 Hi friends,

Hi i am able to play a video in popup when an image is clicked, The image used is a static image not related to video. i want to keep the image related to video

for that i want to capture a frame from video while uploading the video it self , so that i can place the captured image in webpage when that image is clicked the video will be played in popup.

Please tell me how to capture an image from video file (swf file) while uploading the video to server.
