how to can i connect with DataTables CDN without Internet

Question

Hello Guys

 

I used Data Table with javasript and jason , the project working very well , but when i published the project on IIS local server . the datatable doesnt work because that local server protect with firewall so the links of js and css doesnt work , the question how can i work this cdn without Internet and how i pass this links it doesnt effect with firewall .
