how to build the quires in Access Db by specific requirement

hi guys

please help me

i need to build query by select to certain columns and sum of a certain columns from specific tbl in MS-ACCESS . I attached the Table (Data).

i need to select the following columns :

Country , year , cc_code , commdity_code , value(Sum) ,weight (Sum), QY (Sum)

According to Country Name and year and cc_code like(09) and commdity_code (serach by prefix 3 no. not all number like 04480233 just like (044 only)
