How to build mobile apps from VS2017 using ionic

Question

suppose some one develop mobile apps with ionic and VS2017. now the question how to create installer file for all mobile OS. say i have develop a small mobile apps with ionic and VS2017 and now i want to create installer file using VS2017 and will distribute the installer to my few friends who use different different mobile. say one use android, one use iphone and one use windows mobile etc

 

so just tell me ms giving the provision to create installer file from VS2017 which will run on any mobile with any OS ?

 

if possible give me a link which guide me how to create installer file from VS2017 after developing mobile apps with ionic and VS2017.
