How to build a XMLRPC service using C#

Hi,

I am a novice to XMLRPC. I have worked on soap but not XMLRPC. Unfortunately I need to build a XMLRPC service because the project I am working on requires it. I have been searching the net for the last one week to get some help and I did get some links like XML-RPC.net which is a library by Cook Computing to build xmlrpc services but the documentation they provide is not enough to help a novice like me. I tried it but failed. Please help me out. I will really appreciate it. Thanks.
