how to bind two sqldatasource in one gridview of two different columns

hi friend,

     my quesstions:
     1) how to bind two sqldatasource in one gridview of two different columns?
     2) how to update the dropdownlist selected value into table?

here i briefly explain,
 I have two columns of gridview. first time binding two columns data through label of one table [table1] , then when click edit button then one of column was convert into dropdwonlist that time dropdownlist data are binded from another table [table2] . finally updated the dropdownlist selected value into table1.

here my tables:

gridview format: [initial stage]

 developer           [empty value binded from table1]

 developer          [dropdownlist value binded from table2]
