How to bind Combo box inside a datagrid

Question

Hi,

I have a datagrid. In the grid i need to have a combo box that will fill with values from a service called. On the Select change event i need to call the second service to bind the second combo box. how to fill the first combo box in page load and second combo in select change of second combo box.Both are inside the datagrid.
