How to bind a dropdown using jquery and Ajax

Hi.

          In our Application, we are cloning a panel (which contains a txtbox, dropdown and a file upload) using jquery on a HTML Button click evnt.

Now we need to populate those dropdowns which are dynamically added on the "Add More" button click.How is it possible......I am new to Jquery and Ajax.

Please suggest me ...post any examples..url's.
