how to backup the iis server applications in windows 7?

Hi sir,
Tell me the steps to backup the iis server applications in windows 7. I have more than 25 web application hosted in IIS Server 7.5. I need to reinstall my
OS so i need to backup IIS Server applications hosted in IIS. Kindly give me the solution for this problem.
