How to autopopulate Person field with current user's manager

When we open new form in sharepoint, how can we auto populate user name in first column and manager name in next column and manager of manager like hierarchy which we can find in skypee?

Suppose i Enter User Name then, Can i auto populate below two columns 'Manager Name' and Manager of Manager' by any way....
