Try This

CREATE TABLE TABLE(   IDNo int IDENTITY NOT NULL,    ID as 'AIR'+Cast(IDNo as Varchar(10)) PERSISTED PRIMARY KEY, 
 )

Just use an identity column for the id part, and format it the way you want in your query or in your front-end.
