How to auto increment integer + variable in c#

Can you explain me how to auto increment integer + variable the value like CAD00001,CAD00002 and go on.. using c#.net.............................

When i click the save button stu_ID auto increment like CAD00001,CAD00002 every time press save button Auto Generate this ID and show the text box...................?
