how to auto generate school time table in asp.net with c#?

Question

I have generated the time table based on subject and time allotted to the teacher but every time I have to select the subject and teacher on which time they took a period on which class. how it will auto-generated classwise without conflict?

 

I have tried the genetic algorithm for that but can't find the solution. can anyone please show how to do it with example?
