How to arrange fields in report design wizard in desktop app

Hi all.
I am new to Windows Desktop Application Development.
I want to print the bill through my application.
There are two tables in Access 2007.
1. BillMaster.
2.BillDetail.
The master data should be displayed once and the bill detail should be displayed in the tabular form. But I don't know how to use the report design wizard and how to use the report viewer control?
Please help me.
