How to approve the Newuser in admin using asp.net

I am Developed one  school Management  here i faced The problem in  our site   Register New Student  When Admin Approve the Student After Student Login In My site. Iam Insert The Database  status Default false...How to Approve the Admin New Student, Give Me Suggestions and Sample Code..
