How to Approve document in document library by default?

HI,

I have one document library in SharePoint online. Now Admin has enabled Content Approval on that document library.

After uploading any document it goes in pending state so I need to update every document to change its state to Approve.

IS there any method to auto Approve the same documents while uploding?
