How to approach for Onsite roles?

Question

I am working in India, and definitely not in an IT firm, in a finance firm. Worked in IT firms, in the past and have a bit of disability, due to which company was too adamant in sending me onshore. Companies out of India, are too rigid to hire candidates and companies within, donot send. Some say change technologies from prevalent to rare ones, like Python with R, Machine Learning to Javascript framework. How should I approach to get onsite roles?
