How to apply multiple Special characters on single textbox??

Question

Hi,

 

I have one TextBox  In that i need to apply multiple special characters.Like  first character as uppercase (that too only one particular alphabet ex:A) Second Character as lowercase(that too only one particular alphabet ex:s) Third character as Number(only three digits ex:123) Fourth character as Special Character(Like@) These all should happen in only one single textbox.I tried in filtertext extender and maskedit extender.i didnt get what i want.
