Apply Default Column value using PowerShell? (SP Online)

Question

I have a SharePoint site collection in Office 365 SharePoint Online - subsites underneath and each subsite has a Document Library. Each library has set of folders and subfolders.

 

I would like to apply Column Default value settings using PowerShell. Currently, I am applying these values manually. (i.e. Library Settings - Column Default value settings - click on each folder name and apply value for each Column into "Default Value" text box)
