How to add typescript file in .net core 2.1?

Question

I m working with .net core 2.1 with angular

I install the Microsoft.AspNetCore.StaticFiles and Microsoft.TypeScript.MSBuild see below image

 

and then create a new folder(Scripts) and then write click on script folder->add new item then not displaying the typescript file

how to add typescript file in script folder??
