How to add DateTime to DataGridView on cell click

Hello

I have been struggleing with getting the dateTime added to my DatagridView Cells when I click the row. heres a few thing I have tried. I just want to edit any cell in the row and have the DateTime added to that row. The dataGrid is Binding.
